We went out to the property today. The area they consider a house is still intact. Although the Shop area has been gutted! There were two rooms and a room above. These three rooms have been removed. The house area has been painted and needs finishing, new doors and windows. There still needs to be H/AC unit installed. Ventilation fans need to be looked and the Doors that were removed need to be redone. Many LARGE black widows w/nests. I killed 2 of them a little bigger than the size of a quarter.
The exterior tanks and faucets are gone from the cattle area. I am not sure if they were broke off, but they sure did not look capped.
I was unable to test the electric and water as they were both turned off.
I will need to have the county stop by and re-appraise the shop as it is not worth what they say it is.
There was a nice breeze on the property and opening the barn doors and the house made a great air flow tunnel.
When we arrived home the pizza we picked up was still warm. The temp was cooler but high humidity.
Sat outside for a while and then retired to the house.

I called and the lender appears ready. We have the Title Co with a tentative date of Friday the 24th. I scheduled a few more transactions and am nervous that I may not have started the fund movement soon enough. I will know early next week if the funds will be in place on time.
I might need to take out a two week loan to cover the closing of the missing funds.
We are going to the property tomorrow and I am looking forward to it.
Going to try and relax tonight and whatever will be will be.

I never called; as after rereading an email it said the survey will arrive late Friday afternoon. I will check a few things tomorrow. I started moving the money around and I also started getting nervous! :-SS I watched Big Bang Theory and rechecked numbers for financing. Sure wish I had loads of money just laying around as it would make things much easier. 🙂

I think I go to be early.

A few Java errors were reported. All I could find for a fix was uninstall restart and reinstall. I am learning to HATE Java.
Verified the monies for the farm. Working on execution over the next few days. Sure hope they find me a closing date soon.

Well today was OK. A potential gotcha was realized and avoided before it could be deployed. After arriving home I did very little. Basically laid around and watched TV and now going to bed.
