We went out to the property today. The area they consider a house is still intact. Although the Shop area has been gutted! There were two rooms and a room above. These three rooms have been removed. The house area has been painted and needs finishing, new doors and windows. There still needs to be H/AC unit installed. Ventilation fans need to be looked and the Doors that were removed need to be redone. Many LARGE black widows w/nests. I killed 2 of them a little bigger than the size of a quarter.
The exterior tanks and faucets are gone from the cattle area. I am not sure if they were broke off, but they sure did not look capped.
I was unable to test the electric and water as they were both turned off.
I will need to have the county stop by and re-appraise the shop as it is not worth what they say it is.
There was a nice breeze on the property and opening the barn doors and the house made a great air flow tunnel.
When we arrived home the pizza we picked up was still warm. The temp was cooler but high humidity.
Sat outside for a while and then retired to the house.
