Left work. Picked up the checks at 1:06 PM. Picked up Susan at 1:15 PM. Arrived at Title Company at 1:40 PM. Completed and Own property as of 3:01 PM.

Ahhhhh. Feels good to have this one over with. Great to have it done.

Stopped off and had supper on the way home.
We plan to go out to the property tomorrow for a complete evaluation of what actually needs to be done.
It will be nice to have water and electricity that has supposedly never been turned off.
We will see.

We close at 2 PM today. 🙂
I rechecked that all the utilities are set and converted. I found that I need to bring a check for the water. I guess that is OK. I will get the funds in less than an hour, then head to the closing.

Well so far so good. We close tomorrow. I have been verifying and rechecking everything each day this week. There were some issues about the title that needed to be resolved. There was also the problem with getting insurance. It took three failed attempts to find a company that would insure. Well Now we wait till tomorrow. 🙂 =D>

Well the work day was hectic. I am making reverse progress on the java issue. We had 3 people in one area with the error and now the original called me. I am pissed that I over looked her as she has errors in most aspects of the app. When we put our heads together we have decided to test the latest version that Steve is supplying. I will install it tomorrow. I sure hope it goes better than today. 🙁

I called the Lender and we locked in the rate. He also said that it should not be a problem to close on Friday. I bitched to the Realtor about the faucet/spickets being broken off. I am concerned about having the water turned on.
We are still shooting for Friday afternoon.
I was able to secure the last of the down payment and closing costs today. I hope that the funds are available tomorrow so I do not need to call and bitch at more people. I dealt with yet another person that did not know how to do their job. It was at the bank today. A 10 minute transaction took about 40 minutes. It was do to the fact that she thought the transaction could not be done. She spun her wheels for 30 minutes explaining why. Then after talking on the phone and being informed how to do it, she was able to handle it in 10 minutes.

COME ON PEOPLE! LEARN YOU JOB OR GET ANOTHER ONE!!!

Well I guess I will go see if any new shows are on.

The day has been cloudy so far. I was able to get the shopping done and put away.
I cut the grass; although the rider was tough to get going. It would not run at without the choke on. I think I new fuel line I put on was getting air in it. After I recoupled it, I was able to run with the choke off.
I am going to go see if I can find something enjoyable to do.
