Beef

I could not wait on a grill any longer. So, I broiled 2 beef tender loins for supper. Unfortunately I could not find a broil rack. They were some of the best I have eaten! Just had salt and pepper on them. The almost melted in your mouth. I was surprised how tender and flavorful they turned out.
OK, now I need to clean up the oven! That why I do not broil. The spatter was probably from the dripping into the roasting pan below due to the lack of the broil pan. Either way it needs to be cleaned. luckily it is not that bad.
The meat was ate before I thought of posting. 🙂
