To the builder
It looks like the weep drain holes are covered forcing the rain to drain into the wall. I will climb up there the next clear day.
Any suggestions?

Hope all is well.
I needed to let you know I find this frustrating. I know you said caulk the window frame upstairs, but I thought annually would have been enough.

So much for getting the leak fixed, as it looks like it may rain and all day . Hopefully it ends for tomorrow so that I can get at ittge repair.

This is due to the upper window leak. Frustration level is HIGH!
