yet another one

The day overall was good.
I did get a call today that I am unable to do anything about. It is frustrating that the person can not fix the problem, but even more frustrating that there is very little I can do.
I think that the most. I can do is make a budget if I am supplied the information. Then they would need to follow it for my time not to be wasted.
I guess I need to let that go.
