Lawyer sent the form and they need to be signed and sent back.
I also went out to the farm and added bolts to the tin shop. It appears that the wind works them loose. I tightened some and added about ten more. I will need to look them all over this winter. I also moved the camera system down stairs so it does not overheat anymore. It is 100+ degrees upstairs.
