Insurance adjuster called at about 10 AM and said he could look at it on Tuesday. I think they may pay 1/3 to. 1/2. I guess I better start looking for 5K to get the job done.
I called Wisconsin. Pubic Service’ about the account and they have not done anything with it. That was about a month ago. This is the kind of poor service I hate!

Here is the tree in all its glory. It was a lot of work and retrying , but at least it fell within a few feet of where I had it planned. You see the open path were I was try to have it fall.

 

As of 10 AM the tree was down. <:-P I have been dealing with roofing quotes ever since and will post the photos once the roofing dudes are gone.

Well, I started with calling Roofers to see the status of my roof. I had two appointments today and have two tomorrow. One said it is a 30 year roof and it looks fine. The other said it needs to be changed. I am sure it is fine at this point and can wait. I willsee what the other two say tomorrow.
I spent time in the kitchen making meat. Fried seven chicken legs, baked 14 chicken legs and slow cooked a arm roast from the new batch of beef. The baked chicken is better out of the legs. The beef only had salt and pepper on it and it was delightful.
Tomorrow I need to get out in the woods and get that tree down.
Wednesday or Thursday I go drop off the dog at the farm for a few days. That will be a nice break.

First off we did go to Trudy’s to meet up with friends of Susan’s from work. We arrived at about 6PM and arrived back home about 10PM. A good time was had by all. I will try not to be on an end as you do not get as much conversation.
Today I headed out to the farm about 11AM. I gathered the things I need here at the house and then proceeded to putting the tarp on the camper. I must say it was like hell working on the sun for an hour in 110° temperature.
After I was done with that I drove over to Steve and Devona’s to pick up the beef. 3:-O. It looks good, I will need to cook some up tomorrow.
