Why do people own houses? Is there any real good sound reason to purchase anymore. It doesn’t appear to be for future financial gain!

Alabama – mobile home was a loss.
Mishicot WI – was a loss.
Sparta WI – broke even!
Tomah WI – was a loss.
DelValle TX – was a loss.
Manitowoc WI – is going to be a loss.
Bastrop TX – Fire causing loss.

None of these took into account paying taxes, any maintenance or repairs.
These are just purchase price, renovations and Realtor costs vs sale price.

Actually if you finance your going deeper in the hole monthly due to interest on the loan.

Ok! This is as clear as it gets?

I am not sure buying a home should be an American dream!
