Have you ever been at the end of your rope and thankful there was a knot! Well, the selling of multiple houses and not having either of them go in the right direction has me at that point.
We have had two accepted offers on each house, that is a total of four. The adventure has been all up hill! Low offers and wanting extra money to help them close. Low offers and when they get the home inspection the bail even though there would still be equity in the home if they would get the items corrected, although not needed.
We still have not made it through the closing on either of the houses. Now the loan appraisal came in 60K below the tax appraisal. This is unbelievable as we accepted an offer 55K below the tax appraisal! That is 5K less than the accepted offer and additional money was just stuck into the property for the pump since the accepted offer.
I am weary that neither of them will make it to the closing.

Now we wait to see where everything stands.
