salvage a schedule

Now I am here trying to salvage an appointment that was setup earlier in the week, and I really feel that none of these realtors want to do any work, but feel entitled to the getting some percentage of any sale.

There is so much wasted time all around me that it makes me wonder why in the hell I even try.  I had a discussion today about selling everything and quitting work just to get out of all the stupidity and shit society imposes on its peoples.   Then I realized it would not help pas I would need to deal with some form of it no matter where in the USA I lived!

That Island with the thatch roof hut looks damn good at times!  When is it my turn to reap the benefits of life?  Will I end up dead from al the stress and bullshit before I can reap the benefits of all my hard work for the past 30+ years? Here we save, skimp and invest, just to have everything lost.  Then decide life is too short and try to compensate by going out of our comfort zone, for what, the frustrations of trying to help others?   When do I get ME time?  I hardly ever put ME first, but am starting to wonder if there will ever be a time where I can just make a month about just ME.

I bitch about the younger generations being brought up as the ME-ME society and they actually are, but it is amazing how many people in the current society are all about ME people!

It has occurred to me that ME people are everywhere.  From the homeless to wealthy.  From the sinners to the preachers. From the old to the young.  From the Black to the white.  From the continent to continent.  There is no escaping the interaction with MEism on a daily basis.

Wait!  Is MEism one of the 7 plagues?   It damn sure should be as it is defiantly as bad as any other plagues. Unfortunately you never die from it. You just keep affecting other and they have to suffer the effects of it day after day , week after week, year after year!

I would cry for you world if I had any more tears to shed after I am done crying out for my own sanity………………………..

Juneva,

I am a little confused by your email.

Did these listing state they were CASH sale only?  Are they bank repossession?

What is the status of the houses?   Are they for sale?  If cash was paid can they be purchased? If so can I see them tomorrow as planned and scheduled in my schedule?

Also could you get us in the houses in Rockdale?  I do not care about background knowledge on the houses I just need to see them.  I work 50-60 hour weeks and only have Fridays available as I work another job on Saturdays and Sundays.

As for Carol Matous in Rockdale is out until the 23rd of August and is unable to assist in any way until after that date.  How she stays in business is beyond me!

Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Dear,

None of the four of the houses you had chosen to view will work to view.
Each of the Sellers are telling their agents they are not willing to negotiate down in the range at all.

Who is your lender? Perhaps, I could get the number and call and discuss what your options would be? The listings you had chosen are all either CASH, meaning money in your pocket, no lender, or CONVENTIONAL with at LEAST 5% down.

I feel as though I do not quite know enough to help properly, perhaps.

The homes in the ranges and even sometimes even higher are not in the best conditions and many times when the Lender goes out to appraise the house, they will fail the loan because of the condition.

I really need to know more so I can be of better assistance.

Each Realtor I have talked to about us are all saying Rockdale would be the place to purchase.

Perhaps, call Carol Matous as I have given you her information earlier and try to go with Rockdale.

Thanks and I am so sorry I cannot help more now. I do wish you the best of luck in health and in looking for just the right house.
