We received the info for the Shoto home today. Suggested to list top 147, Yet most of the information that was sent stated I was on target at about 195. I looked at a lot of the houses that were sent and saw many issues that made me question the price listed and was amazed the price it sold at. Then I thought about the recommendation and it made me think this realtor is a not skilled in listing country homes. I saw older homes with less acres sold for more than the top recommendation and they were without wood and further out from the cities. Shoto is about 7 minutes from the edge of Manitowoc proper and only about 20 minutes from everything that the city has to offer. None the less we need the feedback from another realtor and pricing for the Manitowoc house as well as the Cato land.
I am sure if we will be selling Cato, but need a feel on how these people are pricing property in that area.
I really feel that they just want list it as low as possible to unload it for their commission. Many realtors do not seem to do much anymore for their commissions and need to wake up and do more than listing homes in the MLS.
