Susan pointed these out to me at home depot. They are pineapple plants. She said it us funny hew we did them for years and now rhey are showing up in the store.
It is cheeper to buy the pineapple at the store, eat the fruit and plant the crown. 🙂
Went and rented the storage unit for chloe yesterday. It is #117 and it appears that 0.30 cents per square foot is the going rate in the area.
Working today earned me a burn. My legs are burnt as well as my neck and face.
I connected the parents bathroom today. The shower light works. All the outlets work. The exhaust fans work. The bath and toilet lights do not! It looks like I have a little more electrical work in there. 🙂
I finally got out of bed at 7:30. I dressed and headed outside. I started on the soup hole on the island. Once moved enough soil over there I went back to covering the water line. I used the bucket for some areas and the backhoe on others. Although it is not perfect it is good until the soil is dryer. I then went back to working on the island mess. Again it is not perfect as there is still too much water in the soil. I am glad we got the tractor as the tasks would have taken days without it. I came in at noon and looked at the sun burn. It is not too bad, but is noticable. After a shower I have not been able get in to working on anything else yet.
