Michael, Just a quick update on my meeting with Eduardo, the sheetrock contractor, and his drywall hanger, Victor: It will be more efficient for them to wait until all the plumbing, electrical, and carpentry punch-out items (pocket door in master, stairwell, garage furr-down) are complete, rather than bringing in their crew in stops and starts. If their path is clear, they can have all the drywall installed in 2-3 days. Tape, float, and texture will take about just as long, depending on humidity levels (drying time between coats).
