The days worth of work on the house was equal to the amount of work done on November 2nd. Not a single thing was done. Another nice day and no work done. It is a subcontractor so little can be done. It is frustrating as they do not work on weekends, they do not work when it rains and they do not work son some beautiful days. It is poor planning by the subcontrator. If he would have finished it before he removed the equipment we would already have the foundation being started.

Thoughts that create work for others should require follow through to the end or the thought should be dismissed before the additional work is assigned.
