This is the plan of attack once we get the green light.
• Foundation pad – excavation and fill
• Foundation – forming, pouring and finishing the slab. This would include any below-slab plumbing and electrical (kitchen island) rough.
• ICF walls (any through-wall rough-in for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC needs to be completed before concrete is poured)
• Interior wall framing
• Ceiling/attic framing & decking
• Roof framing & decking (roofing can be installed immediately afterward or can be scheduled for later. I would, at a minimum, have the roofer install the roofing membrane at this time).
• Exterior Windows & Doors installed (stucco can begin once this is completed)
• Wiring
• Plumbing rough-in
• HVAC rough-in
• Spray foam insulation
• Drywall
• Interior doors and/or trim
• Plumbing set-out (toilets, tubs, etc)
• Lighting installed
• HVAC trim-out
• Cabinets
• Interior Paint
• Tile
