I just finished fixing the pond. All fish and plants are looking good and there appears to be a good water level. There was a few things that needed correcting. So that they do not plug up again. I Should have been keeping the debris clear, but of course I wasn’t. I still need to create a emergency overflow system so this never happens again or I could leave the pump off when we are not near it. I would rather an over flow system. Also since I put the filter in a pan the filter stays REAL clean so that may have had something to do with it.

Susan called and let me know that all the fish are there and still alive. It also looks like the black one may be starting to change colors. Update at five!
now doesn’t that sound like the news. 🙂

I looked at the pond when I put the dog out this morning. We turned off the pump last night before we went in the house. Everything looked ok. I cannot wait to go and evaluate the entire situation tonight.
