Well it was about 11 PM as I went to bed I contemplated not putting the dog out. I decided that it was for the best if I did, and that is when I noticed it. I opened the back door and heard water gushing from somewhere. :-O I looked at the pond and saw the pump spraying about 5 foot in the air. As i got closer I realized that the pond was almost dry. It only had about two to four inches in the deep end. I feared that the six fish were already dead. I put the dog back in the house and rushed to get some water in the pond. I hooked up the filter on the hose and started filling as soon as I had Susan turn off the pump. As it filled I found a plugged return line, causing the water to backup and flow out on the ground. We started the pump again once we had some water in as to circulate the non chlorinated water with the new water. I was able to count 5 live fish. Only one unaccounted for. Only time will tell if the fish survived both the loss of water ordeal and the chlorinated water from the refill. I will look everything over tomorrow night after work. I-|

About the photos
Of course I never got a round to it. There was severe weather in the area, but again it went right around us. We didn’t even get any of the rain. Too bad for us.
Nice game day
I played TF2 and BFBC. Put in more hours than I should have probably, but then again who is to say? Going to watch some TV and visit with Susan. Following that I am going to bed.
photos
I will take some updated photos of the yard today, if I can not find any on the camera.
Pond filter
I need to clean the filter every 2 days for the pond. It is annoying but needed. I cleaned the filter and then placed the pump in a open pan in the same location to see if it can be changed less frequently. Only time will tell. I went out and watered the front plants and trees, usually about 30 minutes to an hour. Now to plan the rest of my day.
