The window upstairs is leaking, you know the one. The double that leaks down into the parents room. The drywall is again saturated and not dry. Paint is damaged and the upstairs window / wall needs to be coated with a waterproofing sealer that is found at Home Depot (Seal-Krete).

Just ate a serving of Totino’s pepperoni pizza rolls. 6 small pieces kick 220 calories and 7 g protein. This could help my numbers.

I took the plunge and replaced my note 4 edge with the new note 8. It should arrive before the 10th of September.
Sugar
I just realized that if I could eat sugar, OK I will rephrase that, if sugar didn't cause my throat to burn, I would be able to reach the calories goal much easier. It would be empty calories, but in this situation that is fine.
