The change to the work schedule from off on Fridays to off on Wednesdays is not all it is cracked up to be.   The break in the middle of the week is more disruptive.  The day off in the middle also creates two Monday.  Who the hell likes a Monday.  The only Monday I like is the one that falls on a holiday!  So now on Sunday night and on Wednesday night we have trouble sleeping due to the anxiety of thinking about work the next day. 

We are going to keep up this schedule for a few more weeks to see if it gets better or we can make it work.  I must say, it does not look too promising from the reactions Susan and I have so far. 

Shopping

Did some shopping in RoundRock today. Not too productive as I did not get much on my list. I forget to LOOK at it! What a jackass! I did manage to get chicken and all the items Minolia wanted. I almost got the right granola bars I buy, but I didn't. I purchased the wrong ones. What a bust. I did get two tee shirts and a pair of shorts.
Maybe better luck next time. 🙂

Beef

I could not wait on a grill any longer. So, I broiled 2 beef tender loins for supper. Unfortunately I could not find a broil rack. They were some of the best I have eaten! Just had salt and pepper on them. The almost melted in your mouth. I was surprised how tender and flavorful they turned out.
OK, now I need to clean up the oven! That why I do not broil. The spatter was probably from the dripping into the roasting pan below due to the lack of the broil pan. Either way it needs to be cleaned. luckily it is not that bad.
The meat was ate before I thought of posting. 🙂
