He last 4 days face taken its toll on my stood intake. I am down a few.pounds and need to eat to get back up there. Was 198-202 and now 196 -200. The 2 pounds make a big difference if i can’t get them back as that is not maintaining!

Sunday I did not use the feeding tube. Monday I was not allowed sugar so I could not use it. So I am going to take all nutrition orally to prove the feeding tube can be removed. I need 1800 or more calories a day and 60g or more of protein day and then the tube can be removed. Prefer to not use the tube for 30 days before removal to make sure there is no relapse.

Test is over. Eggsand pork with applesauce for lunch. Idropped the coco 8oz as it appears the body cannot handle a lot of protein at one time.
I also realized a coco 8 oz and scoop of whey protein will deliver 29 g of protein, so 2 sets of them will keep me up on protein. Then all I need to do is eat anything to make my day.
