Just ate a serving of Totino’s pepperoni pizza rolls. 6 small pieces kick 220 calories and 7 g protein. This could help my numbers.

Sugar
I just realized that if I could eat sugar, OK I will rephrase that, if sugar didn't cause my throat to burn, I would be able to reach the calories goal much easier. It would be empty calories, but in this situation that is fine.
Eating
I haven’t really been a big eater in the last 10 years or so and eating all day feels like a chore. I am not sure how people can sit and eat all day, I have been eating all day and it’s kind of exhausting.
Today I had Cheerios; followed protein drink; followed by Nature Valley bar and then an apple and apple juice; then nutritional Shake; a piece of string cheese and jerky.
With all of this I still have 1000 calories and 50 protein to go.
Eating can be exhausting! LOL
