Well, although I should be happy that the inspection should take place this week and the pour by Monday, I am frustrated.
I know I cannot ask to see the books, but where I believe he is saving lot of $$$ I am getting any savings. I questionedif he was still doing the helix and he stated that he is going to be using rebar. I also know he did not have the excavation crew and their fees as he did the excavation himself and it took longer than it would have if the other crew did it.
I just hope it all come out and there are enough funds to finish the project.
