Still waiting on the appraisal, but the title work is done.

I just skimmed through Facebook and it is time to get some sleep. Yep, back to work tomorrow.

I talked with the bank and then with the appraiser later. I let them know I understand why it is taking longer, but also think that the issues do not really need to apply.

Today is the anniversary of our wedding. Since i took off work, I am making time to clean up some of the fire stuff. It is a year today and we have not brought ourselves to look at any of the remains that we salvaged from the fire.
I went through the boxes on the back porch. By that I mean I sorted and transferred them to buckets.

I also started on organizing the garage so I can fix it. It will be about 1K if I do the work myself. It will give us almost as much room as 4 -40 foot containers. Minimum of 5000 a piece, so we save about 19K. This will allow us to start receiving the parts for the house and allow me to empty the trailer so I can go pick up the windows.

There was still mouse droppings this morning. The mouse has not went in the live trap and appears to have ate some poison. We will see over the next few days.
