Team lead came to my office today to tell me the team does not feel I am pulling my weight. He stated my absence did not impact them in the least and he also said they think I am a joke. I was then told to try and integrate more into the team.
WTF!
I am the way I am because of the division, section and team.
I wonder if he could have kicked me any harder while I am on the ground twitching from the disaster?
Again it just goes to show the type of leader,or lack of, he is.

I also asked for the your change yesterday and should find out this week.

Installed thumb keyboard 4 and so far so good. A little tweeking and I will like it most of all.

We did a 9 hour day as we will all this week. I requested to work Monday -Thursday and have Friday off as the driving Time is about 3 hours a day. We will see.

We went out to the property and picked up a load of stone. We also got dixie from Steve and Devona. Dixie is a bit bigger than Freckles, but they seem to get along.
