WOW, an entire week has passed and not a single post.
A few things have transpired. We closed on the loan Saturday morning. We will hopefully have the money this week.
We received two quotes for the heat pump. one was $7200 with duct work and another company quoted $4100 without duct work.
Thinking of selling the 40 acres in Wisconsin. Yep as great as the piece of property is we are planning on putting it on the market.
A few other things but I must get to work!
