Capped!

I was finally able to pick up the Soy milk that we have been trying to order and get our hands on.
It was a gloomy day and I left the house here just before 9AM. I stopped at the Taylor Store and picked up the stuff for a few more weeks, then headed to the ranch.
The cattle are on the ranch with a donkey. 🙂
I finished capping the spiral stair well so the heat should not escape up there anymore. I had to fix the tank filler again as there was more sand in the darn thing.
I looked over a few other things and then headed home. Not a bad trip as I was home by 1PM.
I was able to get some cooking done. I whipped up a big pot of chicken, beans onions and spices. Then I made some mashed potatoes from some of the broth, of course I ate them all. I made a cup of brown rice after that with the broth as the potatoes were so good I felt I just had to.
I stated looking at the things we wanted to do this year so Susan can ask for the time off. The idiot of a boss wants her plans for time off for entire year in advance. what a dumb ass!
I will look over a few things and see what else I can do as it is no that late yet.
