the day was spent cleaning up the house. Getting the carpet installed and listing it with MLS. Going to bed early for the long drive.

The contents has been brought to charity and the auto reserved to drive home. The house goes on the market tomorrow and the carpet that should have been installed today will hopefully be put in tomorrow! We will miss the family but are defiantly looking forward to getting home and back to your jobs.

We took the carpet and pad out and put it by the curb. I was informed that it needed to be cut into smaller pieces. Hell was I happy to hear that! I had to stand in the rain, unroll the carpet and cut it into smaller pieces and then I had to do the same for the pad. I can say for sure that I am glad I do not live here in Wisconsin anymore, I was miserably. The rest of the sale items have been brought to charity and we are sick of the entire process. Thank goodness for family that is willing to assist even if there is no personal gain for them.

Well the weathermen are a little better at predicting the weather here in Wisconsin. As it has been raining and it does not look like it is going to let up. At least we will have the stuff packed and ready to go to charity if we do not get it hauled today. We are hoping to get the carpet pulled up also.

With the sale over we had a nice sunny day. Moved all the stuff out of the rooms allowing for the carpet to be removed tomorrow and new carpet put in. Kay came over and got some more things so at least we will not need to haul them. Tomorrow it is suppose to rain again. It should be fun bringing the stuff to charity in the rain.
