Just read an email about the whole team thing at work. It has literally made me sick. I never know I was looked at like that. I wonder if everyone feels the same way? If so, it was stated in the email that I should leave the agency to make it a better place. I guess I will need to start looking for employment elsewhere more seriously.
It sure was an I opener. Not really sure how to handle this one? It really blind sided me! I can only say I am glad someone is able to speak openly about how they see things!

First thing I would look at is – who wrote the e-mail to start with? It could just be only that persons opinion did, anyone make comments about the email?
