Well I made it through another unit. Second guessed and got 2 wrong. It may be the way the question was worded but never the less I go t 2 wrong. 8-|
I am sure it stated the road was devided so I said the traffic going in same direction as the EV must yield.
Correct answer was.
Drivers must yield the right–of–way to emergency vehicles. You must always listen for sirens on these vehicles, as they are usually heard before the emergency vehicle is in view. To yield the right–of–way, all traffic, in either direction, must slow down, pull to the right of the road, and stop until the emergency vehicle passes.
Here I figured I would treat the bike as a car. but they would rather me scare the shit out of the cyclist with the horn!
Correct answer was.
As you approach a bicyclist, adjust your speed and position. Slow down and create a wide space. Do not pass if the road is too narrow for you to pass safely. Do not pass them if you cannot safely move out of your lane. Be patient and follow them at a distance until it is safe to pass. From a distance, communicate your intentions to pass by signaling with a tap on your horn. Do not get up close behind a bicyclist and use your horn.
