Well, I have experienced the new safety features built in today’s pressure
cooker.
It should have exploded rice, chicken and veggies all over the place.
It released pressure through the rubber/silicone gasket between the cover
and the pot.
It appeared as though a normal pot was boiling over.
It was a big mess, especially as the rice froth cooled.

Interesting experience.

I went out to see what the fish were doing and saw them eating a dead floating scorpion that was intact this morning.

I thought we lost another one. I was mistaken. After sitting there looking
for awhile I saw all five. We still have five living. 😉

We actually got rain today. We have not seen rain like this in quite a long
time here on the hill.
