It is amazing that if you slow down to a snail crawl, how little you get
done and how much more you are accepted by management!

Amazingly enough we still have 5 fish!

The storm last week, along with the drought / and deer, knocked off some
pears. I Picked them and they were on the counter in a bowl. I put them in
the pressure cooker today with ¼ cup of sugar for 15 minutes. I cored them
to remove the seeds. Put them in a bowl and with a hand blender made pear
sauce. Not bad. It could use some cinnamon.

I looked at the pears still on the tree today and they are just about ready
for picking. Ok at least some of them.

I just picked the two lemons (still green) from our lemon tree, juiced and
put in a 16oz glass, filled with water and two ice cubes. Great Meyer Lemon
juice. I will do the same with the other one when this glass is gone.

Cleaned the Roof valleys. Hoping for rain 🙂
