We found a deal on some marble flooring. Checking to see if it is a pain in the ass or not before purchase.

Roof n gutters 2 weeks
Drywall 3 weeks
Exterior 2 weeks
Cabinets and floor 2 weeks

Not sure what it adds up to, but it should be no later than May 1st.

Much longer than we thought! Partly because we can not get in until it is completely completed.
