The mower deck spindle bearings appear to need replacement so I just ordered new ones.

Our bathroom cold water faucet has started leaking so I turned off the cold water line valve till I look at it.

Yep, there is always something.

I ran across a few snake sheds while working up there.

This morning I was contacted by Minolia about a leak. After investigating it turns out the heat pump drain line separated and was leaking. I pulled the line, added new fittings and routed out front instead of out back It was a 5 hr project, but included stopping to grab lunch.
