Michael, Just a quick update on my meeting with Eduardo, the sheetrock contractor, and his drywall hanger, Victor: It will be more efficient for them to wait until all the plumbing, electrical, and carpentry punch-out items (pocket door in master, stairwell, garage furr-down) are complete, rather than bringing in their crew in stops and starts. If their path is clear, they can have all the drywall installed in 2-3 days. Tape, float, and texture will take about just as long, depending on humidity levels (drying time between coats). I will see what I can do this week about finishing the remaining carpentry items. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks, Jeff
Last
I am on the last room for plumbing. The line are to the sink now news the shower and toilet. I will then follow up by going back through and soldering them all.
I hope the.soldering is faster then the dry fitting.

Stone work
Heat
It takes a lot of heat to kill you, but the humidity allows suffering a far lower temperatures!
Tough to be working outside today. The slow progress shows due to the high humidity.

PLUMBING
I have the plumbing in 3 rooms soldered and all the rooms stubed. Upstairs I have the maintenance area, spare bath, spare shower and utility room stubed. I will finish making the connections and then come back and soldier it all up.
