Looked over electric bills and found that the changes to the buy back program cost me another $40 to $50 a month. Texas busineses sure knows how screw over their citizens.

Sitting outside today. Got some good steps in and worked on a few projects.

It appears that I need to restrict my game to 30mins at a time or a total of 1 hour a day. I felt more stressed today and that is not allowed.

I am also having a tough time getting calories and a full diet so I need to see about changing some food in the diet to consume more calories while staying under the fat and salt requirements.

Have about 3300 steps and need to walk more in the morning and afternoon. Probably should walk 3 times a day.

I’m at almost 4500 steps for the day. No bad feelings today, I also took everything slow.

Home and the update is that I can resume life as normal and work at getting a minimum of 30 minutes of walking per day.

This is to be done with the restriction of moderation and safety in mind. I shouldn’t expect it to happen in a day or a week.
