I gotta try this.

5-Minute Healthy Greek Frozen Yogurt

5 minutes + 4 ingredients = homemade Greek frozen yogurt. Now that is my kind of math! Aside from the quick and easy nature of this recipe, the real cherry on top of the cake sundae is that this is healthy frozen yogurt. So we are talking a dessert that takes minutes to make, is totally customizable in flavor and is so good for that bikini body that you’ll be kicking the store-bought froyo permanently to the curb.

PREP 5 MINUTES
YIELD 4 SERVINGS

Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen fruit
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 Tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. In the bowl of a food processor, combine the frozen fruit, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract and honey. Process the mixture until it is creamy, about 5 minutes. (See Kelly’s Notes.)
  2. Serve the frozen yogurt immediately or transfer it to an airtight container and freeze it until ready to serve.

Kelly’s Notes:

  1. The type and size of frozen fruit will determine how long it has to be blended. Sliced frozen bananas may only require 2 to 3 minutes of blending, while larger frozen strawberries or diced mango may require up to 5 minutes.
  2. You can use full-fat Greek yogurt or any percentage of fat, however the more fat, the creamier the frozen yogurt will be.
  3. This Greek frozen yogurt will last up to 1 month when stored properly in an airtight container in the freezer.

Retired

So, today at 5pm I entered into a retired staus. I will still need to get up at 6am as I have all month I’ve been on vacation.

I also have interviews starting tomorrow at 9am. This contractor thing my be more difficult if I can’t run my hours together. An hour here and there is not going to cut it. We will see how it goes and give it some time to iron the process out.

Still plan to keep it to as few hours as possible. Like less than 10 a week. Of course after we get through these interviews this week
