Looks like I have had quite a few issues lately. Looking at my calendar and posts I have missed logging pickupa and posting to the blog. Not that I have been real busy, not really sure why.

This morning I turned on the water circulation switch on the furnace to give us free hot water. It was supposed to be turned on 7 years ago when they installed the unit. There is very hit water withe the hot water heater turned off. Wonder how it will work on the winter.

The AC is back online.
They finally arrived after 4PM. Talked a bit, and tested a bit. Looked up e10 code, Talked about the compressor monitor being the issue. Nathan has worked with the company 2 weeks, the other guy 3 months. It ended up being a bad capacitor. They are about 10 to 20 dollars. He ordered 2 so we have a spare. The bill will likely be 200 to 300 dollars.

Checked on Austin housebtobsee if it was sold. I see the price has dropped another 43k. Thats 50 less from original post.

I was up this morning at 6a to cool the house down. Of course it was at the expense of adding humidity.
