Temps are down to the mid 20’s outside.
That might not be bad, but it is down to about 60 in the house. I sure hope she like her furnace.

I found Minolia’s toilet was leaking into the tank, but did not make a sound. I also had slow water in the bath sink.

Today I fixed the bath sink, it was calcium buildup that had to be cleaned out. Then I changed a few parts to fix the toilet.
I am now going to go remove screws and stack wood.

I straightened out the garage today as I was unable to work outside.
The bank finally fulfilled their obligation, even if it was 2 months late!

I replaced 20 foot of porch yesterday and figured I would finish it today. I woke up to rain and did not have the porch covered so it of course it got wet. I guess I need to do more projects that way we get more rain.:)
