The crew was here working again today. I am pleased with their progress. The excavation is going well and they are getting closer to the 4 foot depth.

They worked again today, the hole is deeper and much of the hole has been dug. I would say they are at least half done and now have a system. It is going faster now that they have their system in place.

Jeff had another crew member in today and it sped up some progress. They hit 4 feet at one section for the excavation.

OK we technically are not actually building yet, but Jeff was here today and started digging out for the foundation prep. There is quite a ways to go, but at least we have started.
I also looked at the fencing and will just cross fence first. It is a few posts less and about 150 feet less. It needs to be done anyway. I will intall a gate later to pass between the two pastures.
Time for bed to gear up for another day of work.

Beautiful day today allowed me to work on the posts. I have the two corner posts and the two support posts on the west done.
They have been drilled, pounded down to five foot height and concrete poured. I can weld them tomorrow along with the gate chain.
After cleaning up it was about 5:30. I took a shower and ate supper. Now I am winding down and wondering how much I will hurt later. 🙂
