The builder was just here. He shot some levels and is going to request 6-12 more inches of packed fill. Looks like they will not start the foundation until next week.
Another wasted day! No action done on the house.
I suspect that the foundation will not begin on Monday and not due to rain, but due to something with the pad.
Work was just another day and the house project was a ditto of yesterday. Home depot called and wants to deliver the garage doors. I convinced them to deliver after thanksgiving. Delivery is 8 am on the 26th of November. Hope the walls are up by then.
Builder confirmed that the back fill will complete by this Friday. He stated that the slab crew is scheduled for Monday. Of course this is if there is not another rain delay. 🙂
