The foundation pad is complete. The equipment has been removed. The foundation framing is next and we are looking forward to foundation being poured in the next few weeks.
The subcontractor came in and smoothed out the last pile of fill and then packed that area and left. They are here to pickup the last of the equipment as they picked up the endloader earlier today. We will see when the foundation crew actually comes in and starts.
We will see if they show up to work on the house tomorrow. Sure hope that they wotk as there was no rain to use them to use as an excuse. Also they should be able to finish it in one day. We sure are.looming forward to the next phase!
Jeff was out and said we are real close. The pad is primarily done other than one corner. We may not be done, but we should have a completed pad this upcomming week.
