Still trying to close on the loan. Attempted back on Oct 28 th, but I did nit notice the required signed affidavit in the presence of a notary. This was taken care of today.

I have all the inside electrical, right of the living room, complete other than the kitchen items and the nook ceiling fan.
I finally feel progress .
The furnace is in and functional, although I still need two thermostats and five ceiling vents. The heat was nice.
