Dan texted me to say all the tile has been laid. Grout gets done tomorrow.

Even in the rain Dan came out and started on the tiles. The kitchen should be done by Saturday.

Tomorrow the final draw is complete.
Tomorrow they begin on the kitchen tile job.
Thursday the gutters go in.
Friday we install the bath tile.
Saturday they finish the kitchen tile install.
Saturday we grout and work on plumbing.
Sunday we install plumbing.
Friday the 17th the carpet is installation for the bedroom is completed.
Friday 17twe work on the spaee shower.
Saturday we setup our bedroom.
Sunday the 19 we sleep in the new house!!
We then continue working on the projects to finalize our side of the house. This will be followed by finishing up the parents side of the house and we will landscape in between. It has been one hell of a project, but at least there is light starting to glimmer at the other end of the tunnel. 🙂

There is a possibility that the main floor tile can be installed this week! That will tile the kitchen, dining room, utility room, spare bath and shower, pantry and halls. It is about 600 SF and impossible for me to do this fast by myself. I am making adjustments to finances to get it installed, but think it may be the best overall. It will be Dan of Monarch, the same contractor that did the countertops.
