Documentary of building the house
The tiles are up and the filled us cleaned. I am almost ready to begin mixing the first batch of mud.
There will be 32 tiles that need to be cut.
The room is 16.5 x 15.5 yielding 272 tiles at about 6 pounds each. That is roughly 1632 pounds. I now know why I am tired already.
I find it amazing that not maintaining a strenuous physical lifestyle allows the body to deteriorate so quickly. I know it is possible to get back in the groove, but it takes time and persistence. I know age and past history plays its role also, but I really feel I do not get enough done in a day. I will continue plugging along and rebuild the endurance to work a full day again. Then again, what is a full day? LOL
The floor layout is done. Just waiting on wife’s approval. Then it get picked back up. The floor gets cleaned and I start laying it back down with adhesive.
Very well could be done this week!
Only need less than ten to place to complete the layout.
Working the far boarder. Should have it planned out today.
