One toilet installed, tested and functional.

First
We have the utility sink working and the first shitar is going in now.
Allergies
The eyes are itchy, my nose is runny and I really don't find any of this funny. Allergies are a pain and I look forward to this allergy season coming to an end.
Gutters
The gutters have been installed and the grout on the kitchen tiles has been completed. We can now install the appliances and plumbing fixtures at will.
I also removed and solders up the leaky pipe for the heat pump and turned the furnace back on.
Yippy. almost time to celebrate.
