Nothing being done today. My eyes are burning from allrrgies I believe and I am still in ache mode.
Shower may help, but it really doesn't matter as day off is always welcomed.
I am actually hoping to do at least one batch later today.

The Thanksgiving bird is done and the meat removed from carcass. Bones and fat are in the nesco to cook slowly overnight.
