Dates
March 13th and April 3rd are the dates to mark on the calendar.
First is the closing for 7710. The second is the closing for 1438.
Things are almost on track and there is only have 1 last known hurdle.
Closing
Another day closer to the closing!
vents
The bedroom seems to be balanced or close to it. The main house needs a few more vents, but at least we are making progress.
Vent
This was the fourth return vent we installed.
This should help with the return air. We still have 5-6 more before they are all completed.
