Have severe throat burn. I think it is the pizza! I was told spicy will BURN, pepperoni and sausage does have spice so it could be that. It might be the acid in the tomato sauce. I’m not sure, but it does deter eating 🙁

Susan cut the grass in the back yard and worked her garden soil.

Possible plan for tank expansion and house pond.
Grass
Used energy to edge the grass. It took 30-45 minutes to edge and cleanup.
Now I am resting while drinking a mix of a coco 8oz and a Jevity. That is 550 calories and 24 g of protein.
PB&J
I’m trying a PB&J and it burns. It’s going to be a interesting afternoon.
