Up about 7a, fed Baxter gave him a walk and packed up and hooked up the trail to head for Austin. Headed to Austin just after 10a. Arrived at house 🏠 about 1130. After unloading I added the recycling for the 330p appointment. Then I started on the lawn. First I hand pulled weeds, then edged. As I went to trim noticed I forgot the line, no trimming would be taking place. I proceeded to cutting the front lawn followed by blowing the little grass clippings to disburse. After putting the tools aways it was 230p. I decided to head over to the recycling ♻️ appointment. I was able to get in early and it took 40 minutes to unload. There was a lot of cardboard some Styrofoam and a small dumpster all full of glass, tin and plastic. Returned to the house and popped a pizza in the oven.then I headed to the garage to see what I will haul back to the farm. Susan arrived home and we enjoyed the pizza.

Well not the best day so far!

3am dog barked for quite a long time I had to get up and turn on the outside light to scare off anything that was out there.

Finally got up at 7am. Fed dog and put him out. The folks left about 7 also.

Just after 730a I unloaded the freezer to defrost. After putting everything in other freezers and coolers I removed the ice. I wiped it down and started reloading.

I loaded and reorganized it. I finished just after 830a.

I decided to make bread and dropped a cup of flour. Then when time to add garlic I noticed I added a cup too much water. Can yiu say bread soup.

I got a call from work and had to wait on trying to fix the mess.

After the work call, I doubled the recipe and it will be made in the oven. Calming down and then need to pop it in the oven.

I have nor work to do and a meeting at 3. I so look forward to this job ending and I will be forced to figure out my schedule. I really can’t wait! 🙂

My lack of follow through resulted in working in the dark tonight until about 11pm.

I noticed the positive termina cable l corroded off on the UTV and worked on that today. This resulted in no work or proper planning for the porch roof by minolia. I realized about 830p as I settled in to read that thecrain are coming for the next few days. I had to wrap the exposed ceiling light in plastic. I also had to do something about the gap above the siding.

I tried great stuff as that would had been the easy solution. I tried 3 cans and the all failed. They blew out next to the stem.

I ended up attaching plastic at the gap. I will need to take a photo in the morning as I am not sure how it look. Looks are not as important as the rain staying out!

We will see how it goes.
